TrustPool does not directly hold customer deposits as a bank or maintain a digital ledger of pool contributions and balances. Therefore, members agree to contribute the agreed amount at the specified intervals, respect pool rules and payout schedules and participate honestly and responsibly.
Each pool includes:
- A defined contribution amount
- A defined cycle duration
- A defined number of members
- A payout rotation schedule
Wallet and Withdrawals
Each user is provided with a digital wallet within the Platform which includes a transaction history.
A platform service fee is charged to take care of maintenance and withdrawal proceedings for each user. This fee will be clearly disclosed within the Platform before transactions are confirmed. TrustPool reserves the right to update fees with reasonable notice.
Users may withdraw available funds to Mobile Money wallets or supported bank accounts.
Members may request early payout from a savings pool, and such requests are subject to member voting within the pool. The voting is conducted through the Platform where majority approval determines the outcome. All members agree to abide by the voting results.
TrustPool does not intervene in voting outcomes unless fraud or abuse is detected. In rare cases, individuals may personally agree to interchange payout schedules.
